Our Story
We’re Trashelle and Sterling, the parents of four and the family behind Renewed Cleaning Service of Florida. We know the feeling of a week that got away from you: the dust building up, the spots that get missed day to day, and the guilt of never quite catching up.
That’s why we started Renewed. A clean home isn’t about perfection. It’s about walking through your front door and finally being able to breathe. It’s more time at the dinner table, on the ball field, and with the people you love.
As a woman-owned, family-operated business, we stay hands-on with every home we clean. When we’re in your space, we treat it with the same care and respect we’d want in our own.
We value your time and clear communication, and we strive to impress with every visit.
“We treat every client like family and every home like it is our own.”

A Standard Clean starts at $0.10 per sq ft, a Deep Clean starts at $0.25 per sq ft, a Move Out Clean starts at $0.40 per sq ft, and Construction Cleanup starts at $0.50 per sq ft. For example, a 1,500 sq ft home starts at $150 for a Standard Clean, $375 for a Deep Clean, $600 for a Move Out Clean, and $750 for Construction Cleanup.
